Now in its 31st year, offers a wide range of direct services and support to its Cape-wide HIV/AIDS clients, including case management, transportation, congregate meals, prevention, testing and screening services.

The West End Racing Club is a non-profit organization set up by “Flyer” Santos in Provincetown, MA to teach the area children how to swim, sail & be safe around the water.
Cape Cod Children’s Place, located in Eastham, is a non-profit resource, referral, and education center committed to providing high-quality care, support, and advocacy for families with young children in order to sustain a healthy community for Cape Cod’s future.
